President
As a lawyer for over 15 years, I primarily focus my practice on litigation and business law. Additionally, I have built a strong network of various experts and specialists in their respective fields, as the key to success is knowing how to surround yourself with the right people.
From the outset of my practice, I have had the opportunity to argue cases before various courts, including the Quebec Court of Appeal. I have been fortunate to work on numerous significant cases in contractual litigation, civil liability, and particularly in professional liability, commercial disputes, and estate litigation. Throughout my many years of practice, I have represented both individuals and small to large enterprises.
I also have solid experience in labor law, where I regularly represent my clients before the Quebec Labour Tribunal. In this field, I have had the opportunity to represent both businesses and individuals, which has allowed me to understand the challenges of both perspectives.
I have always valued human connection with the people I support and represent, and I consider building a relationship of trust to be the most important element in my relationship with you.
